Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

1. Select a ring that fits the desired finger perfectly.

2. Measure the inside diameter (edge to edge in millimeters).

Option 2: Measure Your Finger at Home

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a string.

2. Wrap it around the base of your finger.

3. Mark where the paper overlaps.

4. Measure that length in millimeters and match it to the chart above.

💡 Pro Tip:

Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly larger.
Avoid measuring when cold, as fingers shrink temporarily.
For wide ring bands, go up half a size.

How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape or string around your wrist, just above the wrist bone.

2. Note the measurement where it overlaps — this is your wrist circumference.

3. Add 0.5 to 0.75 inches for a comfortable fit.
