Refund policy

At Zevora Jewels (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all eligible purchases made through www.zevorajewels.com or any authorized sales channel operated by the Company.
By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.


1. General Conditions of Return and Exchange

1.1 Eligibility Window:
Customers may initiate a Return or Exchange request within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery (“Return Period”). Requests submitted after the Return Period will not be accepted.

1.2 Eligible Products:
This Policy applies exclusively to non-customized, ready-to-ship jewelry. Any product that has been custom-designed, engraved, resized, or made-to-order per the Customer’s specifications is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

1.3 Condition of Returned Product:
The returned product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in saleable condition;

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation;

  • Returned with the authenticity certificate (if provided); and

  • Packaged securely with the original jewelry box, pouch, and tags intact.

1.4 Quality Control (QC) Rejection Criteria:
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or resizing by any third party will be rejected during inspection. Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals will also be ineligible.

1.5 Exclusions:
Products purchased under discounts, coupons, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

1.6 Non-Eligible Payment Methods:
Orders completed through installment or financing facilities (if applicable) are excluded from return or exchange eligibility.


2. Exchange Procedure and Valuation

2.1 Inspection Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, Zevora Jewels’ Quality Assurance team will conduct a detailed inspection to verify compliance with the conditions in Section 1.

2.2 Exchange Process:
If the product passes inspection, the Customer may request an exchange as follows:

  • If the new product is of greater value, the Customer shall pay the price difference before dispatch.

  • If the new product is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as per Clause 3 below.

2.3 Final Valuation:
Zevora Jewels reserves the exclusive right to determine the final valuation of the returned product based on its post-inspection condition.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Timeline:
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from the date the returned product is received and approved by our QC team.

3.2 Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Requests for refunds to alternate accounts or third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.3 Missing Certificates:
If the original authenticity or grading certificate (if provided) is not returned, the replacement fee for reissuance shall be deducted from the refund amount.

3.4 Net Refund Amount:
Refunds shall reflect the net invoice value, after deducting any applicable discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers used at the time of purchase.

3.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the Customer receives an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, Zevora Jewels shall, upon verification, offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost, including shipping fees.

3.6 Unauthorized Returns:
Any item returned without prior authorization or outside the Return Period will not be accepted and may be shipped back to the Customer at their expense.


4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

4.1 Return Shipping Responsibility:
Unless otherwise stated, the Customer shall bear the cost and risk of return shipping. Return packages must be sent through insured and trackable courier services only.

4.2 Loss or Damage During Return Transit:
Zevora Jewels shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during return shipment. It is strongly recommended that the Customer retains the shipping receipt and tracking details.


5. Right to Amend

Zevora Jewels reserves the right to modify, amend, or revoke any portion of this Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of the return or refund request shall be deemed applicable.
