All jewelry is securely packaged in durable, tamper-evident boxes and includes the authenticity certificate for your jewelry.
6.2 Gift Packaging:
Complimentary gift wrapping is available for orders marked as gifts. You may also include a personalized message at checkout. The product will arrive in Zevora Jewels’ exclusive gift box.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once the shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Zevora Jewels is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
7.2 Damaged or Tampered Packages:
If you believe your package has been opened, damaged, or tampered with, we advise you not to accept delivery.
