Zevora Jewels offers returns or exchanges on eligible, non-customized jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificates. Customized, engraved, resized, discounted, or promotional items, as well as orders made via financing options, are not eligible. All returns are subject to quality inspection, and refunds—when approved—are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, reflecting the net invoice value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case Zevora Jewels will cover all charges.
